Hutto ISD engaged in a multiple-year coaching journey to increase the professional capital of its executive leadership team. They set out to answer the question, “Are we preserving a problem to which we are the solution,or are we innovating our way to success?” This session will highlight the key coaching factors and learning from this journey. Now a high-functioning team, Hutto ISD will share how the district facilitated a working alliance to create a positive and productive atmosphere.
